Karina Pinilla Corro, is a Panamanian model, beauty pageant titleholder and Miss Supranational 2010.[1][2]
Pinilla who is 5 ft 9 in (1.75 m) tall, competed in the international beauty pageant Miss Supranational 2010, on August 28, 2010 in Plock, Poland. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, outgoing titleholder Oksana Morya of Ukraine crowned Karina Pinilla as the new Miss Supranational 2010.[3]

Realmente Bella Señorita Panamá 2008[edit]
In 2008 participate in the Señorita Panamá contest, where she place in the 1st Runner-up, the final was held on May 26, 2008 contest winner for Carolina Dementiev who participate in the Miss Universe 2008.[4]
Miss Continente Americano 2008[edit]
On September 6, 2008 participate in the Miss Continente Americano 2008 pageant, was held in Guayaquil, Ecuador. She did not place.
Miss Atlántico Internacional 2009[edit]
In the 2009 take part of Miss Atlántico Internacional 2009 pageant was held in Punta del Este, Uruguay on Saturday, January 24. Where she was the second runner-up. Also won the Best National Costume.[5]
Miss Supranational 2010[edit]
The Miss Supranational 2010 pageant was held in Płock, Poland on August 28, 2010. Karina won the competition and was crowned Miss Supranational 2010, becoming the first woman from Panama and first Latina to win the title.
