Karina Pinilla Corro, is a Panamanian model, beauty pageant titleholder and Miss Supranational 2010.[1][2]
Pinilla, who is 5 ft 9 in (1.75 m) tall, competed in the international beauty pageant Miss Supranational 2010, on August 28, 2010 in Płock, Poland. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, outgoing titleholder Oksana Morya of Ukraine crowned Karina Pinilla as the new Miss Supranational 2010.[3]

Realmente Bella Señorita Panamá 2008
In 2008, she participated in the Señorita Panamá contest, where she placed as the 1st Runner-up. The final was held on May 26, 2008. The contest winner was Carolina Dementiev, who participated in Miss Universe 2008.[4]
Miss Continente Americano 2008
On September 6, 2008, she participated in the Miss Continente Americano 2008 pageant, which was held in Guayaquil, Ecuador. She did not place.
Miss Atlántico Internacional 2009
In 2009, she took part in the Miss Atlántico Internacional 2009 pageant, which was held in Punta del Este, Uruguay on Saturday, January 24. She was the second runner-up and also won the Best National Costume.[5]
Miss Supranational 2010
The Miss Supranational 2010 pageant was held in Płock, Poland on August 28, 2010. Karina won the competition and was crowned Miss Supranational 2010, becoming the first woman from Panama and first Latina to win the title.
