History
Karma Management was founded by Pratik Vaidya. The company was established as a consolidation of earlier family-run ventures, including Kishore Vaidya & Co. and KS Services.[2] Initially focused on payroll processing, the company has expanded its services to include compliance auditing, staffing, and governance risk and compliance (GRC) advisory.[3]
