Kasia Urbaniak (born 1978) is a teacher, businesswomen and founder of The Academy.[1][2] She was born in New York City. She is the daughter of jazz musicians Michal Urbaniak and Urszula Dudziak.[3]
Career[edit]
In 2013, Urbaniak founded The Academy, a school of power for women.[4] It opened its doors to the public in 2017 in the response to the #metoo movement and offered numerous free and low-cost programs.[5][6] In October 2019, she delivered a TEDx talk to an audience of 10,000 in Rosario, Argentina.[7][8]
