From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Kate Healey is a British Law of Attraction and Happiness coach, writer and trainer. Her website "Kate Healey. Happy" started in 2018 and is a source of original content articles, blogs and background about the principles of the Law of Attraction. Kate's work has spanned the world, helping new practitioners and budding coaches to understand the Law of Attraction and use it in their everyday lives.

Early Life and Career[edit]

Kate Healey was born in Cheshire and raised in Dorset, England. She graduated from Bournemouth University with a degree in Law. Her first, twenty-year, career was as a commercial manager in several large multinational corporations. Throughout this time, Kate had been attracted to alternative therapies and holistic healing but this was at odds with her executive career. As a three-time divorcee, she self-confesses that "I bounced in and out of marriages and jobs like I was choosing what to buy for dinner and my life was a drama that would give any soap opera a run for its money".[1].

Following a work place injury, Kate re-evaluated her goals and recognised that she had been quashing her inner guidance. She set out on a pathway to practice, promote and teach the principles of the Law of Attraction with a mission to help others change their lives. Kate has established her second career as a Law of Attraction and Happiness coach, author and trainer working with clients across the world. Kate regularly publishes articles and blogs that support explaining the science behind the Law of Attraction and how it can be used on a daily basis to raise the vibration of individuals and the whole world. In 2018, Kate emulated Dr Masaru Emoto[2]'s rice experiment. In Dr Emoto's previous experiment involving water, he demonstrated the difference in ice crystal formations across continents due to the focus of different intentions [3]. A similar experiment was conducted on rice[4]. Kate's revalidation of the rice experiment was stunning. It demonstrated the effects of showing different emotions on the well-being of organic matter, supporting the assertion that the sharing of negative or indifferent feelings has detrimental effects.

Kate's work has helped people raise their vibration and achieve happiness, this has led her to writing a book[5] to help make the Law of Attraction more accessible.

Law of Attraction[edit]

The Law of Attraction is among the most popular of the "Universal Laws"[6]. Advocates of this mind-power paradigm generally combine cognitive reframing techniques with affirmations and creative visualization to replace limiting or self-destructive ("negative") thoughts with more empowered, adaptive ("positive") thoughts. A key component of the philosophy is that in order to effectively change one's negative thinking patterns, one must also "feel" (through creative visualization) that the desired changes have already occurred. This combination of positive thought and positive emotion is believed to allow one to "attract" positive experiences and opportunities by achieving resonance with the proposed energetic "Law"[7]. It’s like having your own personal Facebook algorithm[8]

Publications[edit]

In addition to her regular website articles, in May 2018, Kate published her first ebook entitled "How to Raise Your Vibration:12 simple steps[5]". The book is a self-help book to help the reader raise their vibration through adopting changes to their everyday life.
