Kate T. Vogt (also credited as "Kate Vogt", "K. T. Vogt", and "Gee Gee Loo Loo") is an actress primarily known for her voice acting role as Washu Hakubi in the Tenchi Muyo! franchise, but she has also had other voice-over and live-action roles in her career. She is currently in the acting company of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
