Production
Production on the film began in February 2007, with Malavika taking on roles as a police officer and a student in the film.[1] In March 2007, Malavika shot scenes for the film at a cremation ground in Mylapore.[2] The shoot of the film took place in locations such as Chennai, Aarani, Kudiyatham and Thekkady.[3]
