Kaya Paşakay (born 1943, Istanbul) is a Turkish politician and businessman.
After completing his secondary education at Galatasaray High School, he went to Switzerland and studied Political and Social Sciences at Lausanne University. He entered the Foreign Office and left the ministry after his working at the Consulate General of Germany in Nuremberg. Afterwards, he started to work in the private sector. He is the grandson of Halil Kut Pasha.[1][2]
In 2002, his daughter, Ahu Pashakay, a famous Turkish model, ended her life by committing suicide at home.[3]
