Fatih Elibol (born May 29, 1980 in Emirgan, İstanbul, Turkey); entrepreneur, mentor, author and owner of Realty.Co. He is the 33rd Turkish person to receive the title of Master Certified Coaches from the International Coaching Federation.

Fatih Elibol, who founded the website named NY Estate to facilitate the lives of students looking for a house in the USA over the internet in 1996, won the first place in Donald Trump's competition with this project.[1][2]

Management[edit]
In the United States in 1996, he started as a sales manager at The Trump Organization and founded Realty.Co. It started to implement the Business Type Franchise System, which is a first in the real estate sector in 2013. In 2014, it started to serve in Turkey under the name of 'Realty-TR'. Then, in 2017, it started to serve in the UK under the name of 'Realty-UK'. He wrote the Turkey report of Goldman Sachs, which he started to work as a project organizer in 2005.[3][4][5][6]
Coaching and Mentoring[edit]
While working at The Trump Organization until 2004; he developed hypnotic sales, self-programming, holistic achievement, and coaching trainings. Fatih Elibol met Thomas J. Leonard, the founder of the International Coaching Federation. He created hypnotic performance coaching, which we can define as managing thoughts and persuading oneself. He offered training programs to those who want to be a coach at the International Coaching Federation in many parts of the world. He started his doctoral studies in Psychology and Human Development at University of Oxford in 2017. By the International Coaching Federation; He was named "Coach of the Week" in 2020.[7][8][9]
Awarded the title of Master Certified Coaches in 2021. The book 'The Future Begins Today' was published in May 2021. He has coached and mentored at JPMorgan Chase, Nornickel Harjavalta, Marriott International, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Evraz, Nestlé, Taylor Wimpey, Bentley, Berkeley Group, Santander UK, Barratt London and NatWest. He carries out studies in the fields of professional coaching, mentoring and neuro education. He teaches and coaches the European Parliament and the House of Lords. He organizes training programs and mentors those who want to become professional coaches.[10][11]
