Tomasz Paweł Czapla, also known as Kel'Thuz, is a Polish musician and Anarcho-capitalist activist.
Biography[edit]
Kel'Thuz was born in 1983 in Kielce[1] and graduated from the Jan Kochanowski University. He is a supporter of Janusz Korwin-Mikke.[2]
Conviction[edit]
In 2014 he was convicted of "insulting people based on their race and religion".[3] When Kel'Thuz defended himself by claiming he was being "satirical", the judge denied it, claiming that he was "not funny".[4] The tribunal condemned him to six months of restricted liberty and 40 hours of community service.[5] However, Kel'Thuz appealed it, which canceled said sentence.[6]

Kel'Thuz has published various albums under different artistic names, including Saluth O/ O/ O/, Biała Pięść, and Warraha.[7] He has also played bass and vocals for several bands, including KelThuzZar, Challenger, and Sorcerer.[8][9]
