Kenan Mujkanovic
Kenan Mujkanovic (born December 19, 1997) is a Bosnian-American entrepreneur, author, public speaker, stock market and cryptocurrency investor, and philanthropist from Bowling Green, Kentucky. Kenan began public speaking at the age of seven. Since then, he has started a non-profit organization called Young Visionaries Foundation; self-published his own book, Voices of Bowling Green: Tales of Young Visionaries; started a social media marketing company called Visionary Media, LLC; and has grew his personal brand, Kenan Inspires to a network of 30,000 people worldwide.
Early Life[edit]
Kenan Mujkanovic was born on December 19, 1997 in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Being the son of Bosnian refugees, he lived in poverty for the majority of his childhood. Kenan’s parents worked two jobs each to support the family. After moving from apartment to apartment in low-income areas, Kenan and his family were finally able to move into a middle-class environment at the age of nine. Kenan graduated from South Warren High School in 2016 and currently attends Western Kentucky University as a pre-law student on track to become a Patent Attorney.

Young Visionaries Foundation[edit]
At the age of sixteen, Kenan founded Young Visionaries Foundation along with Zakriya Ahmed. Young Visionaries Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring the minds of the youth and assisting those in need by donating food, supplies, and necessities to those in poverty. Kenan founded the organization in late October of 2014. Young Visionaries Foundation continues to operate to this day. The foundation has hosted 24 events thus far, providing over 10,000 pounds of food to various communities, mostly Bowling Green, KY, and hundreds of books to youth as well. Young Visionaries Foundation has willingly included the participation of 1,500 youth volunteers worldwide. Young Visionaries Foundation has impacted countries across the globe, including Brazil, Canada, India, Bosnia, and other European countries. Notable events include the annual Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway, Tools for Thought, International Women’s Day, and One Meal a Day. The Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway events have collectively distributed 400 sixteen pound turkeys and 2,000 canned goods to impoverished families in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The Tools for Thought event occurred on December 24, 2014, which ended up in the distribution of 400 books to youth in poverty in the city of Bowling Green, Kentucky. The International Women’s Day event occurred in Bowling Green, Kentucky as well. The event resulted in the distribution of fifty cooked rotisserie chicken meals and 100 bouquets of roses to women in poverty. The One Meal a Day events each took thirty days long. The results of the events are the distribution of 2,000 meals to the homeless population in the cities of Bowling Green, Kentucky; Nashville, Tennessee; Atlanta, Georgia; Toledo, Ohio; and Bangalore, India.
Visionary Media, LLC[edit]
Visionary Media, LLC is a social media marketing agency founded by Kenan Mujkanovic along with Zakriya Ahmed and Bonny Patel in June of 2017. Visionary Media, LLC specializes in website development, website management, social media account management, branding, logo design, network expansion, photography, photo editing, drone services, video production, and video editing. Visionary Media, LLC has provided website development, website management, photography, video, social media account management, branding, and logo design services to The Center of Innovations & Influence, Inspiring Passions Foundation, Inspiring Passions Ministries, Mise Én Place, and Impact Church.
Kenan Inspires[edit]
Kenan Inspires is the personal brand of Kenan Mujkanovic. Kenan Inspires represents the inspirational, motivational, and personal content Kenan shares with the world. Kenan Inspires also represents Kenan’s public speaking engagements and career. Kenan grew his personal brand to reach a global network of 30,000 people worldwide.
The 30 Days Of Inspiration campaign took place from January 1, 2018 to January 30, 2018. The campaign consisted of the release of videos on Instagram and Facebook for thirty consecutive days, which included inspirational, motivational, emotional appealing, and life coaching content.
Accomplishments[edit]
Kenan received the WBKO Hometown Hero and Flora Templeton Stuart Today’s Leader Award in 2015. In 2016, Kenan received the President’s Volunteer Service Award, the Jefferson Award, and National Caring Award, and 2016 Regional Neighborhood Networking Conference Rising Star Award. In 2017, Kenan received Bowling Green Daily News Talk of the Town, VIProfile in VIP Bowling Green Magazine, and WNKY Monday Motivator.
Books[edit]
Kenan self-published Voices of Bowling Green: Tales of Young Visionaries on January 1st, 2017. The book is a collection of stories of youth from the Bowling Green, Kentucky area. The book includes Kenan’s personal narrative and philosophy as well. The book sold out in-stores and online in Barnes & Noble within 48 hours of release. The book also achieved placement in the Amazon Top 100 Bestseller list in a matter of two weeks after release. By January 1st, 2018, Voices of Bowling Green: Tales of Young Visionaries reached #2 on the Amazon Kindle Bestseller list.
Recognition[edit]
Kenan Mujkanovic has been the subject of achievements, awards, articles and videos by the Bowling Green Daily News, WNKY, WBKO, and The Caring Institute. Kenan also has panels in the Kentucky Museum and the Frederick Douglass Museum.
