Kevin Markarian is a San Francisco-based American real estate broker and industry disrupter who founded Marker Real Estate.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

Markarian founded the real estate company Marker Real Estate in 2014. The company represents both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.[7] In 2017, the company's revenue was listed at $2.1 million and it ranked 310 on Inc. 5000 fastest-growing privately owned companies in America.[8][9][10][11][12]
Markarian routinely shares his skills beyond the San Francisco Bay Area. He is an advisory board member to Move Inc and contributes to RIS Media[13][14][15] as well as Inman News.[16][17] He is a regular educational contributor for platforms like Realtor.com,[18] and Active Rain[19] and has also appeared as a panelist and speaker at the National Association of Realtors.[10][20][21]
Due to his expertise, Markarian has been cited on California Association of Realtors tools for success. He also serves as an admin on Facebook's Lab Coat Agents group.[10][22]
