Keystone Custom Homes is a home-building company. Keystone Custom Homes is Central Pennsylvania’s largest independent home builder.[1][2] The company builds homes in 48 communities throughout Pennsylvania's Lancaster,[3] York, Dauphin,[4] Cumberland, Chester and Lebanon counties.[5] In addition, to these counties, Keystone also builds in Cecil and Harford counties in Maryland.[6] Keystone Custom Homes now builds over 400 homes each year.[7]

Keystone Custom Homes was founded in 1992 by Jeff Rutt in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.[8]

Awards and Recognition[edit]

Keystone Custom Homes was ranked one of the top 100 home builders in the nation by Builder Magazine[9] and is the first builder to be named America's Best Builder three times by Builder Magazine and the National Association of Home Builders.
