Khaled ElAhmad (born 16 January 1968) is an American-Jordanian Digital marketer, social media influencer and reputation management expert.[1][2]

Early life and education[edit]

ElAhmad was born on 16 January 1968 in Kuwait. He studied at the Faulkner University, Alabama where he studied Business Administration and obtained a BSc in Business Administration. He subsequently obtained an MS in Management from the University of Faulkner.

Career[edit]

Prime Ministry of Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan[edit]

ElAhmad started his career in 2009 at the Office of the Prime Ministry of Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Amman, Jordan where he was implementing social media strategy to better improve the Ministry. Implemented digital media, strategy, and objectives for Prime Ministry Office while offering assistance to digital departments across Government Ministries. He was tasked with handling projects for digital department, ensuring creatively collaborative and efficient completion of projects by team members in alignment with schedule, budget and requirements. He completed editorial content creation to set site’s editorial tone and content strategy.[3]

Zain Jordan, Amman[edit]

In 2012, he was contracted by Zain Jordan to handle the company’s online promotion where he spearheaded management of social media strategy, social media training, company’s online presence, and 10-member team. He collaborated with a global team to launch an impactful cross-platform social media and web campaigns to align with online and print advertising/added-value programmes. He also arranged offline activities for online influencers creating viral buzz, including community activities like customer appreciation day, offline SM contests, and Tweetups. Measured and refined growth in social media KPI’s with analytics and measurement tools. He worked with Zain Jordan till 2019.[4][5]

ElAhmad has also consulted for brands like TRC Jordan, Aramram TV, Zain Jordan, Foreign Ministry of Jordan, UK Embassy in Jordan and other reputable brands.

He is Founder of DigiArabs and DV8DM. He has also hosted TEDx talk about Online Psychology Targeting at the University of Jordan in 2019.[6]
