Khalti Digital Wallet (popularly known as Khalti) is a Nepal-based digital wallet platform.[1], online payment solution, and API provider, operated and owned by Sparrow Pay Pvt. Ltd[2]. Khalti is currently available on both Android and iOS devices, enabling users to make online payments - mobile recharge and top-ups[3], electrcity and khanepani bill payments, flights & movie ticket bookings[4], ride sharing, events bookings. In addition to this, the company also provides SDK/APIs for business solutions including payment gateway[5], school fee payment[6], as well as Khalti Bazaar and Khalti Pasal.
As of December 2020, Khalti crossed over 1 million plus downloads[7] on Google Play Store.

Khalti was founded in 2016 and launched on January 26, 2017 by its co-founders Amit Agrawal, Arvind Sah, Dhurba Adhikari and Manish Modi[8]
