Khas Group of Industries (KGI) (Urdu: خاص گروپ آف انڈسٹریز), also known as Khas Group, is a prominent Pakistani business conglomerate based in Karachi, Pakistan.[1] It was founded in 1969 by Ashfaq Ahmed Sheikh.[1]

Khas Group commenced its operations in 1969 and has been actively involved in the building hardware business since its inception.
The group's inaugural venture, Khas Trading Company, stands as a leading importer and supplier of building hardware. It offers an extensive array of products, encompassing door hardware, kitchen solutions, drawer and cabinet systems, bathroom accessories, and other world-class home decorative items.
Founded in 1953, Kruddson (Private) Limited serves as a pioneer in architectural aluminium profiles for applications such as windows, doors, curtain walls, shopfront elevations, and commercial architectural entrance systems.[2]
In 2001, Khas Textile Mills (Private) Limited was established to venture into the textile industry, initially focusing on Open-End products. As demand escalated both domestically and internationally, the company diversified its offerings to include spinning in 2006.[3]
In 2013, the group diversified its portfolio by launching Khas Farms (Pvt) Limited, a large-scale egg production unit that has emerged as one of the leading producers of fresh eggs in Pakistan.
Building upon the success of its yarn production, the group embarked on a new venture in 2016, entering the 100% export-oriented socks production market under the brands Khas Socks and Knitwear.[4]
Presently, the group encompasses five companies operating across diverse sectors, including building hardware, aluminum extrusion manufacturing, cotton yarn, poultry farming, and socks production.
As of 2022, the group's workforce numbered over 500 employees.
