Khojasteh ((Persian: خجسته), born 24 august 1992 in Tehran) better known by his stage name (خُجَستِه) or Alireza R. Khojasteh or Alireza Khojasteh, is an Iranian rapper and a former professional athlete.[1][2] Khojasteh is one of the most rappers in Iran and Middle East. He wrote his first poem in 2005. Since 2015, with the help of several photographers, he has been trying to present a different image of Tehran. He has played an auxiliary role in several teasers and TV series.[3][4]
Life[edit]
Khojasteh received his master's degree in Electrical engineering and spent about ten years regularly in seminaries and write important article all over the word, His articles on wind turbine control are of great scientific value.[5][6]
Khojasteh(Persian: علیرضا خجسته) played professional sports until he was 20, but for other personal reasons he did not continue playing sports.[7] [8] Alireza khojasteh retired from sports in 2018 due to personal issues, His success in sports was such that he was considered one of the options for winning an Olympic medal.[9] [10]
khojasteh after success in sports, especially judo and writing scientific article on wind turbines, finally entered the field of music in 2019.[11][12]
Khojasteh started his work with "Zende Bad Azadi" in 2019.[13][14] He wrote and sang the song "Harf Moft 2" against betting sites,in 2020.[15] Khojasteh, who raps in Persian, states he was influenced by Yas and Bahram Nouraei. He is one of the few Persian rapper who do not use any swear words in their song.[16] Khojasteh theme songs is the social problems.He is a staunch opponent of betting sites. Khojasteh has repeatedly criticized rappers who advertised betting sites.[17][18]
