Khushbo Mein Basay Khat is a Pakistani television series based on a script by Amna Mufti. Momina Duraid produced it under banner MD Productions. It features Adnan Siddiqui, Nadia Jamil, Kinza Hashmi, Sidra Niazi and Wania Nadeem in key roles.[1][2][3]
Plot[edit]
Ahmed Zaryab, coquettish and self-centred poet is quite famous among the literary circle of the city. His wife Dr. Adeela is a busy surgeon who patiently sustains her married life one-sidedly, tolerating his disrespect I behaviour. Zaryab's latest conquest is Husna Hussain, a young college student of Urdu literature who abandons her cousin Pervaiz in the curse of fame which she could get via Zaryab. After pursuing her for some time, he comes across Husna's firend Jahan Ara who has hidden motive of publishing her poetry book, pushed by her mother. The kicked Husna starts making poetry videos on Tiktok with the help of Zaryab's another poet friend Shehreyar. In his marital life, he continues to undermines Adeela. She first tolerates it with patience but tired of seeing him flirting with young girls in the house where her kids live, she goes away to her mother's house. On observing Husna's newly found fame and her activities in the literary circles, Zaryab gets jealous of Shereyar and approaches her again whose engagement has been fixed with Pervaiz.[4]
