Kilde is an investment company based in Singapore and it has another office in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. The company operates as a regulated private debt investment platform, raising debt capital from institutional and accredited investors for online lending companies.[3] The company is used by credit funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals to discover and invest in high-yield income-generating assets.
The Monetary Authority of Singapore fully regulates it as a securities crowdfunding operator for accredited investors.[4][5]
History
Kilde was founded in 2019 by Radek Jezbera,[6] Oleg Kryukovskiy, and Ilgvars Jecis.[7]
In 2021, it was one of the 16 startups chosen by the Abu Dhabi-based tech ecosystem Hub71 with funding and market access in the United Arab Emirates.[8] The same year, the company raised US$450,000 led by Purple Ventures in the pre-seed funding round, supported by Startupbootcamp Fintech Dubai. It became the fourth member of Alta Exchange (Formerly HGX), a member-driven private securities exchange platform.[9][10]
In 2022 it had closed a pre-Seed funding round of US$350,000 bringing its total funding to US$830,000. The same year, Kilde had launched an alternative investment comparison website targeted towards the Singaporean market.[11] During that year, Indian based startup Reevoy raised US$6 million from Kilde.[12]
