Zilly Okpowai "King David" Aggrey (born 21 March 1962) is a Nigerian Apostle, Christian author, preacher, and the founder and presiding Apostle of the megachurch, Royal House of Grace International Church in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, and Royal House of Grace churches worldwide.[2] Apostle Zilly Aggrey is also the founder and International president, International Network of Apostolic Ministries and Churches (INTERACT). He once served as the chairman of both the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Rivers chapter,[3] and the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Rivers chapter. He was ordained by Archbishop Benson Idahosa of blessed memory and David Oyedepo on 11 November 1990 as a Reverend Minister of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
