When King Daeso was killed by King Daemusin of Goguryeo and the country fell into chaos, King Galsa, who was the younger brother of King Daeso, had a premonition that the country would collapse and fled with about 100 of his men. When he reached Amnokgok (鴨淥谷), he found that King Haehae was out hunting, killed him, took away the people, and set up a capital on the shore of Galsasu (曷思水) in the fourth month of the 22nd lunar year. This country is called Galsaguk or Galsabuyeo.
