Kingdom Dream Center is a Born again Non-Denominational church in Elmira, New York established in 2007. The church is pastored by Kenneth D. Brooks and wife Virginia Brooks of Elmira. In 2014, the church was known as the Kingdom Refuge and Dream Center. The church held church meetings at the historic Emmanuel Episcopal Church which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in November, 1998.[1] In 2017 the churched moved to its current location at 744 Baldwin St, Elmira, New York 14901. The Baldwin street building has been used for many factory operations in years past before becoming a church. The county planning board ruled that this site be rezoned for a non-profit organization as shown in the local news article by the Star Gazette.[2][3][4]
