Kinjal Rajpriya (born 23 September 1989) is an India actress, who works in Gujarati Film Industry. With the success of the films like Chhello Divas and Shu Thayu?, Kinjal is one of the well-known faces of the Gujarati Film Industry.[1]
Education[edit]
Kinjal graduated from Shri H.K.Arts College, Ahmedabad. She did her Post Graduation from Natubhai V. Patel College of Pure and Applied Sciences, Vallabh Vidyanagar.
Acting Career[edit]
Kinjal made her acting debut with the leading role in the regional blockbuster[2] Gujarati Film, Chhello Divas. It received a very good response from across the Gujarati Community. [3] [4] She also starred in the first Hindi remake of a Gujarati Film[5], Chhello Divas, Days of Tafree directed by Krishnadev Yagnik. [6] [7]
She was also a part of the critically acclaimed movie, Rough Book, directed by Anant Mahadevan.[8] Rough Book won numerous nominations and awards at International Film Festivals.[9] She also played a cameo in the Gujarati Film, Vandha Villas.[10] She played the female lead[11] in the recently released blockbuster film Shu Thayu?[12] [13] where she was fairly appreciated as the lead actress.[14][15] Apart from this, Kinjal has three film releases expected in the year 2018-19.
She will be seen playing the role of the lead actress in the upcoming Gujarati Action Movie, Short Circuit.[16] [17]
Dance and Theater[edit]
She is also a classical Kathak Dancer and has learnt many other forms of Latino Dances. She has also been a part of various plays and dramas, and is herself, a Theater Enthusiast.
