Kiyoshi Shimizu

Kiyoshi Shimizu is a linguist who specializes in languages of the Nigerian Middle Belt. He surveyed the languages of central Nigeria during the 1980s, including the Plateau, Jukunoid, and Chadic groups.

Shimizu was born in Japan and studied in Germany under Ludwig Gerhardt.
