Koyakatsi is a proof-of-concept film developed and produced by Ayoub Qanir. The script of which was based on one of his graphic novels, of the same name, was created in collaboration with acclaimed digital illustrator Kilian Eng who later went on to design the official graphic campaign to the 4th season of Game of Thrones [1] and Tom Cruise's Oblivion.[2][3]


Premise[edit]

The film follows a young scientist and a military doctor who team-up to investigate a series of unidentifiable, non-biological attacks. What they discover is a threat far greater than they could have ever imagined.[4]

Critical response[edit]

When released online Koyaksti was considered an online sensation. The trailer went viral, garnering over 300,000 views in only three days. The IP was later optioned to be developed into a feature film by a major studio.[5] The project is currently in limbo. The clip currently holds an approval rating of 7/10 on IMDb
