Kulche

Kulche (Hindi: कुलचे, Punjabi: ਕੁਲਚੇ) is a type of puffed fried bread made from maida flour (soft wheat), mixed vegetables, and paneer from the Punjabi cuisine.

Kulche is often eaten with chole masala as chole kulche. It can also be a street food or a complete meal, and is mostly accompanied by onions, carrot pickle, green chutney, and achaar.
