Kyekyeku (born Bismark Ofori) is a Ghanaian actor, comedian, and filmmaker. He is associated with the Kumawood film industry and is noted for his comedic roles. His debut feature film, 1957, was released in 2024.[1][2]
Early life and education
Kyekyeku was born in Obuasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. He attended Bekwai SDA Senior High School.[3]
Career
Kyekyeku began his acting career in the Kumawood film industry, where he appeared in several comedic roles. He has worked with actors including Dr. Likee and 39/40.[4][5]
In 2024, he produced and directed his debut feature film, 1957 (film), which explores historical tensions between Ashanti and Northern communities.[6][1]
