Gwyneth Gyimah Addo known as Gwen Addo is a Ghanaian entrepreneur, author and the CEO of the Hair Senta.[1][2] Addo is the author of the book Direction[3][4] and also engages in some philanthropic works.
Early life and education[edit]
Addo was the fourth of six children born to Charles Allen Gyimah and Susanna Osei Nyarko Gyimah. She had her tertiary education at the University of Ghana in Legon obtaining a bachelor's degree in philosophy. In 2016, she graduated with an Executive MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).[5]
Career[edit]
Addo joined the Standard Chartered Bank Ghana after her first degree. She later resigned in 2012 to set up a hair extensions business she named Hair Senta.[6][7][8][9]
She also owns the Hair Senta International Beauty Show (HIBS Africa) which projects the beauty industry in Ghana and Africa through beauty shows and marketing events.[10][11][12]
