The Kyiv Security Declaration is a petition aimed at addressing the authorities of the Russian Federation with a proposal to voluntarily give up nuclear weapons in exchange for the removal of economic sanctions. Otherwise, the initiators of the declaration will actively promote the idea of increasing further economic pressure on Russia and its global isolation.
