Kyle Bochek (born March 11, 1988) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player.

Playing career[edit]

Bochek played three seasons (2006-2009) of major junior hockey in the Ontario Junior Hockey League where he scored 33 goals and 24 assists for 57 points, while earning 270 penalty minutes in 172 games played. Bochek commenced his professional career in 2009 with the Missouri Mavericks of the Central Hockey League (CHL). He then played the 2010–11 and 2011–12 seasons with the Dayton Gems, leading his team in penalty minutes both years.

On July 9, 2013, Bochek signed with the Fort Wayne Komets of ECHL.[1] However, before the commencement of the 2013–14 season he transferred to return to the CHL with the Tulsa Oilers.

On June 7, 2014, Bochek opted to sign abroad on a one-year contract with the Coventry Blaze of the Elite Ice Hockey League of the United Kingdom.[2] After 28 games in the 2014–15 season with the Blaze, Bochek left the U.K. to return with the Tulsa Oilers on January 12, 2015.[3]
