Lý Quí Trung

Lý Quí Trung (born 1966 in Saigon) is an entrepreneur, speaker, visiting university lecturer, painter and writer. He is a founding member of Nam An Group, which specializes in the high-end food field, including the Pho 24 chain [1] with more than 70 outlets in Vietnam and abroad[2]. Other prominent culinary brands include Nam An Restaurant, Maxim's Nam An Restaurant, Tan Nam Restaurant, An Restaurant, An Vien Restaurant, Gloria Jean's Coffees coffee chain, Breadtalk bakery chain... He is considered as "one of the people who laid the foundation for franchising in Vietnam, pioneering in the internationalization of pho - a traditional Vietnamese dish - through the Pho 24 brand"[3]

Lý Quí Chung was born on 1966 in Saigon. His father, Lý Quí Chung, is a journalist Chánh Trinh and his mother, Nguyễn Thị Quỳnh Nga, owner of Thanh Niên restaurant. In 1994, he got Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Sydney University major in hospitality management. In 1995, he got Master of Business Administration degree from Griffith University major in hospitality management. In 2003, he got Doctor of Business Administration degree from Kennedy-Western University.
