Michael McLarty (born August 28, 2001), known by his stage name as LILBLUSKITTLE, is an american rapper and basketball player from Zebulon, Georgia. He started rapping at age 11 on the website Bandcamp then a few years later he went on SoundCloud for uploading his rap music. He was part of the rap group he created called, "Tyler James and the Lords of the Underworld", named after the person on Dog with a Blog and a band from South Park. The group lasted from 2013-2015. He rose to fame in high school when he started calling himself a soundcloud rapper. He started playing basketball at age 13. he states that he inspires his rapping and basketball from Damian Lillard. On June 22, 2018, he released his debut song, LEAN, on Apple Music and other streaming services. He released his debut album, "BeautifulHusky", on November 9, 2018. Half of his songs on that album were lost media since his old youtube account got terminated. He released his second album, "Mooch", on May 10, 2019. His third album, "Invasion of the Doggy Snatchers", was released October 4, 2019. His fourth album, "At Skittle Side", released on April 10, 2020. His fifth album, Toon Disney Szn, released June 19, 2020. He announced that he will be retiring from rapping in 2022 to focus on his adult career and release his last 2 albums, RESURRECTION, which was released on May 14, 2021. His sixth album, BeautifulHusky II, which is a sequel to his debut album BeautifulHusky, released November 9, 2021. His seventh album, "WISHBONE SZN", the sequel to Toon Disney Szn, released on November 18, 2022. He came back from making albums after almost two years to compete with his ex friend on June 2024 and released his eighth album, “The Unlimited Squirrels Mixtape” on October 18, 2024. He plans to release his ninth album, "The Return of ABluSkittle", on Friday, August 28, 2026, LILBLUSKITTLE’s 25th birthday.
Early life
LILBLUSKITTLE was born on August 28, 2001 in Villa Rica, Georgia, to his biological mother and father. He was homeschooled until his mother’s death in 2009. He started going to school around 2010 started second grade and then went back to first grade because of his bad grades. Which resulted in him kicking out of school at 5th grade and switched to another school. He moved to Newnan because his dad started dating a woman off a dating site. He lived with them until 2019 and now lives across the street from his old house. He graduated from Northgate High School on May 28, 2021.
Career
LILBLUSKITTLE started rapping on his sister MacBook in 2012. He called himself Kodi Mathers. He released his first EP called Trip To Alabama on Bandcamp which caused a lot of backlash. On 2013, he released his first album called Stevenletri1 Gets a Windows XP for His Birthday which caused a lot of bad people talking about it. He joined the group Tyler James and the Underworld and released a few songs, then released their first album, MEGGYCAM 3000, on May 2015. He left the group to finish his career which lasted until April 2016 with his last album, BronyDanceParty Is Going to Kick Your Ass Tonight. In late 2015, he changed his name to ABluSkittle to release his first album under the name, SKITTLE!. He kept the name until July 2017 because the real ABluSkittle on Twitter said don’t use his name anymore and he will be sued and go to court. On August 2017, he changed his name again to LOVER MATHERZ to release his only album, The Legend Of BronyDanceParty, while he was a freshman in high school and that will change his whole rap career. He became popular and in November of that year he changed once again his name to LILBLUSKITTLE. He released 3 albums and his first single on June 2018. He later stated in 2021 he said he will retire from rapping soon to focus on college and other adult stuff. He released his last album RESURRECTION on May 14, 2021. He posted a few songs after that on his SoundCloud. He said on his song, HouseBroken, that he will release BeautifulHusky Remastered which is actually BeautifulHusky II on November 12. He released WISHBONE SZN that following year and released The Unlimited Squirrels Mixtape on October 18, 2024. He plans to release The Return of ABluSkittle this year or next year.
Personal life
Lilbluskittle is a Christian. His parents told him to become Christian and got saved by the lord in 2023. He is a registered Republican who has publicly expressed his support for U.S. president Donald Trump, whom he met in 2024 at a faith-focused town hall meeting. Outside of music, he played basketball for several years in a recreational league and tried out for the Northgate High School basketball team, but was not selected despite being regarded as a strong shooter by peers. He is on his own team he made called The Dog Island. He is also a roller coaster enthusiast, a passion that he has referenced frequently in his music. His main job currently is a PC/Network Technician at a school district. He mentioned that he rather work on computers than rapping.
