The La Salle College Athletics Club, Hong Kong (LSCAC) was founded by Rev. Bro. Thomas lavin FSC[1] in the 1970s. Its purpose is to foster interest in Athletics and Distance Running in the LSC family. LSCAC is an affiliate club of the Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association (HKAAA), LSCAC members participate in HKAAA events regularly.

Hong Kong Masters Athletics Championships[edit]
The Hong Kong Masters Athletics Championships 2016 was held at the Wan Chai Sports Ground on October 29 (Sat). The meet was opened to HKAAA affiliated club members and the competitions feature five-year age groups beginning at age 35. Events include men and women 100m, 400m, 800m, 5000m, 3000m walk, High Jump, Long Jump, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin, 4 × 100 m relay and 4 × 400 m relay.
