Lalisa Manoban (Thai: ลลิสา มโนบาล, born Pranpriya Manoban) was born 27th March 1997 in Bangkok, Thailand. She is most known as a member of the girl group BlackPink, where she goes under the name Lisa[1]. When she was 14 years old she auditioned for the korean label YG Entertainment when they were holding auditions in Thailand, and she was the only one chosen from all the applicants in her country.[2] When she had been chosen, she moved to South Korea. She was a trainee for about five years and three months before making her debut with the girl group Blackpink in 2016. She is the youngest member of the group, and is the lead dancer and rapper. Lisa speaks four langauges, Thai, Korean, Japanese and English. [1]
Lisa currently has 14 million followers on Instagram (29th January 2019), and is the most followed female celebrity in Korea.[3]
