Landon Ray is an American entrepreneur who is currently founder and CEO of ONTRAPORT ONTRAPORT, an award-winning[1][2][3][4][5] software company that provides a CRM and business automation platform for small businesses.
Early life
Ray grew up in Half Moon Bay, California, and attended university at UC Santa Cruz. At the age of 25, Ray moved to New York City and eventually became one of the nation's top securities day traders working at Broadway Trading. His success was recounted in books,[6] magazines, and dozens of newspaper articles[7][8] across the country.
Early startups
In 2004, he started a SEO company called PageOne in Santa Barbara, California. In 2006, he reorganized the company to focus on offering the SaaS platform that ultimately became ONTRAPORT, which now employs over 100 people. Ray has been interviewed on the subject of entrepreneurship and technology startups in dozens of magazines, podcasts,[9][10][11] and on stages around the world.
