Langdon Bosarge
Langdon Bosarge (born November 6, 1968) is an American born Nurse, comic and radio personality, best known for hosting the popular radio program and iTunes top 200 podcast, 'Langdon Nation' which aired on terrestrial and internet radio from 2009-2016. He currently hosts the podcast 'This American Quarantine' created by the nonprofit corporation 'YouTopiaUSA' to provide coping assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Langdon was raised in Pembroke Pines, Florida. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California.

He attended McArthur High School in Hollywood, Florida and then went to the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Science Nursing. He also attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and the School of Film & Television in New York City.
Professional work[edit]
Langdon has worked as a professional nurse and educator since graduating in 1992, primarily in the fields of psychiatry, disease prevention and education.
After attending The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City, Langdon spent a number of years as an actor and writer. Early works include appearances on Sex & The City, Saturday Night Live and Law & Order. He was also a founding member of, performer in, and writer for the theatrical comedy company Circle in the Squirrel from 1999-2001.
Langdon moved to Los Angeles in 2006 and joined the cast of Diagnosis X in 2007 as the recurring character, Nurse John.
Langdon also began performing as a stand-up comic in 2007 after meeting legendary comedy coach Gerry Katzman. After appearing as a guest on multiple radio shows and podcasts, he was offered an on-air hosting position with HotTalkLA, an internet radio station, owned by Jack Sullivan (former New Media Director for CBS radio) and Sam Phillips (Sam Phillips and The Single Life from KLSX radio and MAVTV; Sam was also a high fashion model and Penthouse Pet). His show, Langdon Nation was a high energy comedy/lifestyle talk show (which originally aired on HotTalkLA and moved to TradioV, now ZinnaTV, taking the radio program to internet television with multiple cameras and adding a visual format) was in production from 2009-2016. The show's podcast premiered as a "New & Notable" selection on iTunes in 2009 and was frequently in the coveted "Top 200." Langdon also co-hosted the quirky, underground podcast by Los Angeles radio producer Crysta Garner (CBS Radio, DASH Radio, Skee Radio), The Crysta Show which boasted a large and diverse following from 2010-2013. "Langdon Nation" also aired on terrestrial radio on KCAA AM 850. He also makes regular and upbeat appearances on radio and other popular podcasts.
Langdon has performed on the main stages of some world-famous comedy clubs such as Pasadena's Ice House and The Comedy Store in Los Angeles. His large physicality and outrageous stand-up have earned him comparisons to Eddie Izzard and female comic, Kathy Griffin.
Since ending 'Langdon Nation' Langdon has focused on teaching for both Kaiser Permanente Southern California Medical Groups and American Career College, Los Angeles Campus. From 2017-2019 he was the Assistant Director of Nursing at American Career College, Los Angeles Campus. He continues to work with patients in the Los Angeles area, teach and write creatively. He is working on his first novel, a crime thriller.
He is also the host and producer of the podcast This American Quarantine and on the Scientific Advisory Board of YouTopia USA, its parent company. The site and its blog and shows were created to assist Americans in coping with the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States.
