Loc'ed Syndicates(formerly as Latin Syndicate) is an American criminal street gang based in Miami, Florida.

History[edit]

The gang was founded by seven friends (Hammer, Level, Rez, 2Def, Freek, Tee, Job) in the Miami area of West Flagler and 47th Ave in the late 1980s with Hammer being the original leader.

In 1990 Hammer killed a member of South Beach Posse and went to prison, at this time Level became the leader of the gang. A year later, undercover Miami Police officers were inadvertently caught in a shootout between two gangs.

In 1991 the gang's name changed from Latin Syndicate to Loc'ed Syndicate. The Loc'ed Syndicate had about 150 members. The name was based on a period when tourists were victimized with robbery and murder in Miami, leading the media to call it a "Savage city" full of killers. Savage City Gangsters was created by Level when Level moved to Leisure City and started to affiliate with himself with the Imperial Gangsters. Savage City Gangsters was a unification of Latin/Loc'ed Syndicates and Imperial Gangsters. Later the T.N.S. and L.B.B., Evil Gang and a chapter of Zulu Nation joined. Many gang members were killed and killed others and many went to prison.

In 1998 undercover Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents arrested several members of Latin/Loc'ed Syndicate, TNS and Imperial Gangsters for selling illegal firearms and orchestrating drug rip-offs.
