Lauren Mackler

Lauren Mackler (born November 8, 1957) is a life, relationship, career, executive coach, psychotherapist, corporate consultant,[1] TV and radio show host, and keynote speaker. She is the author of Solemate: Master the Art of Aloneness & Transform Your Life[2] and fellow author of Speaking of Success with Jack Canfield, Stephen Covey, and Ken Blanchard.

Biography[edit]

Mackler began her first career in the entertainment industry in 1978 and graduated from The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in 1982. She worked as a TV host with Matt Lauer on the PM Magazine television show and as a vocalist with the recording group Tuxedo Junction. She left the entertainment business in 1982 to enter the personal-development and holistic healing fields.

Career[edit]

In 2001, she founded Lauren Mackler & Associates.

In April, 2009 Mackler’s Life Keys radio show debuted on Hay House Radio. In September, 2010 the programme moved to Contact Talk Radio. Lauren is a frequent commentator for CNN and Fox, she is a blogger for the Huffington Post, and her work has been covered widely in the media, including NPR, the Wall Street Journal, Marie Claire, Parade, the New York Daily News, and many other TV, radio, print, and online media. She has been a guest lecturer at Canyon Ranch and Brandeis and Harvard Universities, and is a featured presenter at Omega, Kripalu, and other centers around the world.
