Lauren Meltzer

Lauren Meltzer (born August 16, 1989) is an American journalist. She is a digital news producer at KCBS-TV & KCAL-TV in Los Angeles.[1] Lauren was born in Hartford, Connecticut, and graduated from Simsbury High School. She then attended Roger Williams University, and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in broadcast journalism. She also received a double minor in psychology and marketing.

Prior to joining the nation's largest local television duopoly in June 2014, Meltzer worked as a reporter for the Los Angeles Times,[2] She was also employed by TMZ, KTLA and WTIC-TV.

She has worked as a digital producer for nearly five years in the Los Angeles market.
