Lawrence Emareyo (born 4th February 1987) is a Nigerian entrepreneur and philanthropist.[1]
Early life and career
Lawrence was born in Ughelli, Delta State, Nigeria. During his early career, he worked as the housekeeping manager at Excel Hotel and Golden Tulip Hotels respectively. In 2014, he took employment with the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) as an Aviation Security Officer. He saved up to start a block factory and a fish farm. He has expanded that modest achievement to the empire now known as IBILA[2]
Philanthropy
Lawrence Emareyo Foundation
Lawrence, the founder of the Lawrence Emareyo Foundation.[3] is a Nonprofit organizations focused on making grants to support programmes that expand education, improve health, create businesses, and protect the lives of poor people and the under-privileged in society[4] [5][6].[7][8][9] Lawrence, who is neither a member of the State nor National Assembly, commissioned a constituency office in his home town to cater for the needs of his kinsmen[10][11]
