Lee Han Jiet (Chinese: 李瀚杰; born 15 July 1996; stage name Lucas) is a Malaysian stand-up comedian, political commentator, host and debater from the BBK Network YouTube channel.[1]
Background
He graduated from University of Malaya, and was on the debate team.[2][3]
On 15 July 2023, his 27th birthday, he proposed to Janny.[2] They were blessed by the Cabinet Ministers and Members of Parliament (MPs).[4]
Career
Political commentary
On 30 October 2022, he was invited by Nga Kor Ming to visit and promote Ipoh through his influence as an internet celebrity.[1][5]
On 5 January 2023, he accompanied Minister of Transport Anthony Loke on patrols on Kelana Jaya LRT and monorail.[6][7][8]
He interviewed Anthony Loke on a BBK Network program together with Hoi Kah Mun.[9] He interviewed Chow Kon Yeow under the same program.[10]
He predicted voters to vote for the candidates of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) to stabilise the coalition government of PH and UMNO led by Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, and through his observation on TikTok, he projected both the PH–Barisan Nasional (BN) in the federal government and the Perikatan Nasional (PN) in the federal opposition to be reelected to power in three states the 2023 Malaysian state elections respectively that involved six states.[11] His projection subsequently came true as PH–BN was reelected to power in Selangor, Penang and Negeri Sembilan while PN was reelected to power in Kelantan, Terengganu and Kedah.
