Leighton Pearson (Was Born January 12 1996 in Benoni, South Africa) is a South African Business Owner at Motion Media, Media And Marketing Strategist, Marketing And Media Manager at Ducati South Africa, Motivational Speaker, Entrepreneur & South African Champion Bagpiper.

Pearson dropped out of Benoni High School in 2014 as he wanted to fulfill his dreams and passion of becoming a successful entrepreneur and help people achieve.

After leaving school he started working for various people in the Media and Marketing Industry that's where he learned all his skills.

Pearson was then employed by a company based in the USA called Millionaires Against Bullying where he assisted the company with Media and Marketing but sadly just as he was about to immigrate to the states the company sadly shut down in 2017.

He then started his own Digital Marketing company called Motion Media in 2018 helping over 20 companies around South Africa & the United States of America.

Leighton now runs a Media & Marketing company called Motion Media that helps major companies such as Ducati South Africa and many more in South Africa and United States with online Marketing & Media.

He started learning the bagpipes in 2009 and currently plays for a top grade 2 pipe band called Benoni MacTalla Pipe Band in South Africa

He is also a major follower of the 10X Rule by Grant Cardone: The Only Difference Between Success and Failure

Pearson said his motivation and determination to achieve success comes from his mentors Grant Cardone, Brandon Dawson, Elena Cardone, Tim Storey & Gary Vaynerchuk.
