Lena Nersesian (born June 1, 1991) better known by her pseudonym Lena The Plug, is an American YouTube personality, vlogger, and model.
As of January 2019, her YouTube channel has over 120 million channel views and 1.4 million YouTube subscribers. [1] Her posts range from vlogs on her private life to relationship advice, fitness workouts and sex talk. Since 2016, she has been in a relationship with Adam Grandmaison, also known as Adam 22, an internet personality, BMX rider and creator and host of pop culture and hip hop-oriented podcast No Jumper.
In 2017, Lena The Plug posted a video on YouTube entitled, “I Let My Best Friend Have Sex with my Boyfriend” which went viral and has received over 16 million views, as of January 2019.[2]Soon after, she announced through a YouTube post that she would make a sex tape with her boyfriend, Adam Grandmaison, if they each received 1 Million subscribers to their channels. Nersesian won Pornhub’s Celebrity of the Year award, over contestants such as Kim Kardashian, in September 2018.[4]

Nersesian was born and raised in Glendale, California. Her family is of Armenian descent and she has described her upbringing as Christian and conservative. She attended University of California, Santa Cruz and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
YouTube[edit]
In 2016, Nersesian started her YouTube channel, “Lena The Plug,” the title being her nickname given by co-workers at Arsenic. Under her “Lena The Plug” moniker, her videos include discussions on her personal life, advice, Q&A’s with friends and activities such as fashion hauls, workout routines, cooking and pole dancing. Her boyfriend, Adam Grandmaison, (Adam 22), an internet personality himself, is often featured in her posts and vlogs, discussing their relationship and private life.
On January 4, 2017, Nersesian posted a video to her YouTube channel of herself and her best friend, Emily, entitled “I Let My Best Friend Have Sex with my Boyfriend” which described a threesome experience in detail between Nersesian, Grandmaison and Emily.[5] On January 17, 2017, she posted “$extape at 1 Mill,” announcing she would make a sex tape with Adam, once both of their YouTube channels reached 1 million subscribers. “$extape at 1 Mill” became a viral video. She is active on social media platforms, including Instagram and Twitter. Her Instagram account has 1.7 million followers as of March 2019.
She is a partner in Camversity.com, a website that provides an HD live streaming platform. She frequently live streams on the website, directly interacting with viewers through video and chat.
Lena The Plug was a featured interview guest at TanaCon 2018 in Anaheim, CA. TanaCon, a convention to celebrate video content creators, was organized by Tana Mongeau to be an alternative to another convention, VidCon after VidCon organizers failed to give Mongeau rights as a “featured creator” in 2017.[7]
