Leone Film Group is an Italian film production and distribution company.

History

The company was founded in 1989 by Sergio Leone. The business was inherited by his children at his death. Initially the company held the rights to two works by the Roman author, The Good, the Ugly and the Bad and The Colossus of Rhodes.[1] In the following years, the activity focused on the distribution, through commercial agreements, of great successes of American cinema, and with the production of films by debutant Italian directors. The company is listed on the Italian stock exchange in the FTSE AIM Italia index.[2]
