Les Coulisses de l'exploit was a monthly television sports news program created by Jacques Goddet. It was broadcast on RTF between 13 December 1961 to 16 August 1972.

Premise[edit]

The premise of the program was to report on sports news but also to meet men and women performing exceptional athletic feats.[2][4] Six years into the television show's shelf life, it was decided not only to cover sports stories but broaden its scope to cover documentary subjects such as glass making and behind the scenes work like singer Mireille Mathieu's rehearsals.[1]

Legacy[edit]

Many of the old episodes from the show are now available via the Institut national de l'audiovisuel.[5]
