Lesley Groff (born 1966–1967) is an American woman known for being the longtime executive assistant to Jeffrey Epstein. Groff was named as a conspirator in the 2007 non-prosecution agreement,[1] and a suspected co-conspirator in 2019 after Epstein's death[2][3][4]

Career

Groff joined Epstein's organization in 2001,[5] and worked for him for over 20 years[6]. She was paid a lavish salary for executive assistants in the financial industry at the time, and was reportedly gifted a Mercedes Benz E320 and a full-time nanny by Epstein so she could commute to work easier after having children.[5] Her job responsibilities included scheduling appointments for all of Epstein's companies, foundations, and trusts.[7]

Association with Jeffrey Epstein

Groff was listed as one of four women listed as potential conspirators, alongside Sarah Kellen, Nadia Marcinko, and Adriana Ross in the 2007 non-prosecution agreement.[1]

Groff was listed as one of eight "suspected co-conspirators", alongside Ghislaine Maxwell, Jean-Luc Brunel, Darren Indyke, Richard Kahn, and others, by the FBI in 2019, who at the time planned to prosecute other members of Epstein's inner circle.[2][3] Other than Maxwell, neither Groff nor any of the other suspected co-conspirators were charged with any crimes. Groff was alleged to have scheduled massage appointments for women and minor girls,[8] as well as allegedly looking after their "living needs" and maintaining "rules of behavior" for them.[5] Victims, as well as two of Epstein's pilots,[1] have also accused Groff of booking flights for Epstein's victims, and paying them sums of money after the abuse.[9]

Several Epstein survivors sued Groff following his suicide, but the litigation was dropped either after receiving a settlement from the Epstein estate, or after Maxwell was sentenced to prison.[9] A federal criminal investigation into Groff ended in 2021 with no charges.[1] Groff, as of 2026, currently denies all wrongdoing.[8][9]
