Darren Indyke (born Feb 4, 1965) is an American lawyer known for being in Jeffrey Epstein's inner circle and is one of the executors of his estate.[1][2] He was Epstein's personal lawyer for many years and was named a possible co-conspirator by federal authorities in 2019.[3]
Early life
Indyke was born on Long Island.[4] He graduated from Cornell University with a Juris Doctor degree in 1991.[5]
Career
Indyke began working for Epstein in 1986.[1] He was mentored by Epstein and worked for him exclusively throughout the 1990s, being involved in almost every aspect of his business.[1] He was the treasurer and vice president of three of Epstein's nonprofits.[4]
He is currently a lawyer at Parlatore and Associates, a law firm closely associated with the MAGA movement.[2]
Association with Jeffrey Epstein
Indyke visited Epstein 38 times during his 13 months in jail in 2008, and signed his work release agreement.[4]
Indyke was listed as one of Epstein's co-conspirators by federal authorities in 2019, alongside Ghislaine Maxwell, Jean-Luc Brunel, Les Wexner, Lesley Groff, and Richard Kahn.[3] Of the co-conspirators, only Maxwell was charged with crimes. He was sued in 2024 alongside accountant Richard Kahn for "aiding, abetting and facilitating" Epstein's sex trafficking operation by building "complex financial infrastructure".[6]
In the will that Epstein wrote shortly before his death in 2019, Indyke was to get 50 million dollars, the largest beneficiary alongside Epstein's former girlfriend Karyna Shuliak.[7] He is currently in control of Epstein's estate alongside accountant Richard Kahn, which has made settlements to over 100 women[2] and is currently estimated to be worth around 145 million as of 2025.[8] Indyke and Kahn were also involved in the payout of an $80 million settlement to the United States Virgin Islands.[9] In 2026, the House Oversight Committee subpoenaed Kahn and Indyke, and Indyke is currently scheduled to testify on March 5, 2026.[1]
