Leslie Becker
Leslie Becker is an actress, theater performer and writer.[1][2] She was born in Manhattan Beach, California. She was a member of the West Side Ballet Company for 10 years, and studied classical piano.[3] After college, Becker played roles in regional theatres in California including Kathy Selden in Singin' in the Rain (4 productions), Sally in Me and My Girl (2 productions) and Edith in My One and Only, winning the Drama-Logue Award for Best Actress for her work in Me and My Girl. In 1994 when she was cast in the Los Angeles production of Broadway's Beauty and the Beast, starring Susan Egan and James Barbour.[4][5] She briefly pursued a singing career.[6][7]
