Kiernan graduated form Brown University and Georgetown University Law Center.[2]
Career[edit]
Kiernan currently works as General Counsel of Commerce at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Most recently Kiernan was a senior advisor to the Biden-Harris campaign and the U.S. mission to the U.N.. She also served as special counsel in the office of White House Counsel. Before serving in government Kiernan was a lawyer in Washington D.C..[3]
