Lesly Kahn is the founder and artistic director of Lesly Kahn & Company, Actor Training, in Hollywood and Santa Monica, California. Aided by a staff and faculty of approximately 60, she teaches, trains, and prepares many actors per year for acting roles in film, television and on stage.
While Ms. Kahn has worked with recognized actors, she and her company have also contributed to the careers of previously-unknown actors, such as Tiffany Haddish, Armie Hammer, Sebastian Maniscalco[1], Rati Gupta[2] and Octavia Spencer. Over the past three decades, Ms. Kahn and her faculty have coached actors in important roles on television shows, including 13 Reasons Why, Blackish, Episodes, Glow, Grey's Anatomy, New Girl, Saturday Night Live, Scandal, Stranger Things, Transparent, and The Walking Dead. Her clients have also starred in seminal feature films including Call Me By Your Name, Die Hard, The Green Book, The Help, Hidden Figures, Manchester By The Sea, Mission Impossible, Moonlight, and The Social Network.
