Liam James Collins (born 18 November 1989 in London, United Kingdom) is a British actor. He has played roles in several films and TV series such as Batman: Dark Knight Rises, Little Favour, D-Day: The Last Heroes and The Crimson Field.[1][2][3]
Early life
Collins was born in Camberwell, South London, and moved to Essex where he received his primary and secondary education at Great Baddow High School. at the age of 16, he qualified as an NLP Practitioner in 2006 and in 2009 he attended the London College of Music where he trained in drama. Collins was born in a working-class family, his father was a plumber and mother was a therapist.[4][5][6]
Personal life
Collins resides in South East London with his wife, Claudia, and two children. Apart from his acting career he is a speaker and the founder of an online coaching academy known as The Coaching Masters.[7][5]
Career
Collins started his career in acting as a body double for actor Tom Hardy in Christopher Nolan's 2012 superhero film Batman: The Dark Knight Rises. He faced a major setback shortly after and had to work as a postman for a period of time. He returned to acting and was then seen in several short films such as Elliot, Into the White and Benedict Cumberbatch's Little Favour. In 2013, Collins appeared in BBC Tv series D-Day: The Last Heroes as Bob Sales and in 2014 he was seen in The Crimson Field as Tommy. Collins played Marshall in the 2023 movie "The Outlaws" starring Eric Roberts.[2][8]In 2024, Collins appeared in movie "Peripheral" as Dr. Leo Bronner[9] and as Nathan in movie "Delivery Run".[10]
